"My art works reflects on the concept of human dignity in the context of globalization".
My work with youth and children began in Mexico City in 2000, but here in Finland the first workshop with several sessions was in 2011 with a project promoted by Interkult Kassandra named “Koivu ja Tähti” aimed at migrant women.
In the year 2014, I had the opportunity to know and start to collaborate with the Association Yhteiset Lapsemme, a child welfare organization in Helsinki. There I planned and developped a serie of art-workshops focusing on children's rights and Mexican culture aimed to small and young people.
In 2016 I met the fabulous puppet theater artist Anne Lihavainen with whom I was able to work in two projects with "Theater and Masks" aimed at young people, one subsidized by Taike for the integration of young people who arrived as refugees and in the school context and with the help of art, they had the opportunity to converge with young Finns and weave bonds of trust and friendship, and the other one, focused to child and youth from Koti Ilola to promote social skills, build trust, independence and courage through theater and masks promoted supported by Lasten ja Nuorten Foundation and Alli Paasikivi Foundation, both projects promoted by Yhteiset Lapsemme. The masks created during the first workshop where exhibited in the project "Pihalla!?" at Annantalo the Cultural Art Centre for children in Helsinki.

In 2017 I had the opportunity to take part in the Art Caravan "YleX Get Together" organized by Interkult Kassanra RY in collaboration with Warner Music and YLE Radio to travel for two weeks on an artistic tour doing masks in big format and promoting our work as migrant artists with high school students from central area of Finland in the context of the centenary of the independence of Finland.

Since 2020 I have take part in "Kulttuurikurkkaus", an wonferful initiative of the City of Espoo which brings children (between 3 to 5 years of age) a live experience as part of ther right to enjoy art and culture.

My catalog of workshops includes initiations in the art of "La Cartonería Mexicana", masks, recycling and above all, the dissemination of respect for human rights and nature.
